Our scrapers run every night and pull fresh listings from LinkedIn, MyJobMag, and BrighterMonday. Each listing is processed through our AI scoring engine which compares the job requirements against your profile embedding to generate a fit score.
A fit score (0–100%) measures how well a job matches your profile across three dimensions: skills overlap, experience level, and location preference. Scores above 85% are eligible for auto-apply. In our beta, users who auto-applied to >85% matches received interview invitations at a 34% rate.
When you enable Auto-Apply, CareerPilot generates a tailored CV and cover letter for each qualifying job, then uses browser automation to fill and submit the ATS form. For any form requiring a CAPTCHA or that asks sensitive questions (salary expectations, notice period), the application is paused and you receive a WhatsApp prompt to confirm before proceeding.
Yes — M-Pesa is our primary payment method for Kenyan users. Monthly subscriptions and credit top-ups trigger an M-Pesa STK Push to your registered number.
Your CV is stored securely and used exclusively to generate your profile embedding (a numerical vector — not the raw document) for matching. We never share your CV with third parties. You can delete your data at any time from the Profile page.
Every morning you receive a WhatsApp message listing jobs that matched your profile overnight above 90% fit. You can reply "Apply" to any job and CareerPilot will initiate the auto-apply flow — including the KES 30 M-Pesa payment prompt.
Yes, cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Unused auto-apply credits roll over for 90 days after cancellation.
